This project is born from a fascination with almost everything that exists in nature, from its purest state to a transformed one that can be worked into pieces, from the simplest to the most complex.

There is no pretence of making “works of art”, but of creating pieces that grow from what I gather and build, and later take on new meaning for the person who receives them and connects with them.

My name is Margarida, I am 48, and I have always lived close to nature. I grew up in the countryside, near the forest, the sea and the river, and no visit to any of them could happen without gathering materials and taking them home to transform into small, large works, each with a meaning that unfolded for me as I made it.

Love for many different materials grew as I learned to make decorative pieces, clothing, accessories — everything my imagination led me toward — bringing me to today with the same hunger to create and play with what I find.

As a child it was a way of playing and discovering materials. Today I see what I make as part of a place of balance, reconnection and well-being. From self-love and love for others, everything I do is simple, and given completely.

You will not find two pieces alike

First, because nature offers an infinity of different things. Second, because each piece is built from something that inspires in that moment: an experience, a memory, a dream. The result is always original.

Each work is accompanied by its story, tied to the inspiration of the moment it was made, shared gently and left open to your own reading. I share what the piece transmits to me — and leave space for what it may awaken in you.
